“We stayed at the Primrose from 9th of August 2025 for 6 nights.”

A delightful property which is thoughtfully decorated and beautifully presented. A vase of fresh flowers were waiting at the table with milk in the fridge and Chocolate cookies, which were welcome after our long drive. A delightful property which is thoughtfully decorated and beautifully presented. A vase of fresh flowers were waiting at the table with milk in the fridge and Chocolate cookies, which were welcome after our long drive. The views are amazing, especially at 6am with all the bunnies on the lawn. On the first morning I counted 11! And hearing the cows/sheep were welcome too. The Beds were very comfortable. The Bedlinen, towels and Robes (a nice touch!) were excellent quality. The Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash (which I will be changing mine to from now on) were very welcome. The overhead shower was also amazing, as was the Hot tub. The owners, Elena and Ed, are very helpful, friendly and always on hand to help or to answer any questions. It is a tranquil place which we would love to return to. PS We visited Forde Abbey two days in a row. The most beautiful Heritage Building and Grounds we have visited so far :) All in all it was an excellent holiday which flew by all too quickly:(
