    “Tilia is very modern and well equipped.”

    Many visitors will like this, unfortunately not us. We found it starkly colorless, black, white and neutral far too clinical and impersonal, its full height living area made sound echo around, very unpleasant for seniors with hearing aids, we could'nt stand the TV noise. The sliding french windows needed a good clean with finger & hand prints all over them and the patio outside needed a good sweep up of fallen tree debris. We were blessed with glorious weather but opening the french doors let in ...

The sliding french windows needed a good clean with finger & hand prints all over them and the patio outside needed a good sweep up of fallen tree debris. We were blessed with glorious weather but opening the french doors let in all the flies,hundreds of them and the only aircon. was in the main bedroom. One simple improvement would be four dining chairs not two plus a bench seat. We did do our homework, took a risk, but it did'nt do it for us unfortunately. You live and learn!
