“Breaking waves has obviously been a much loved home and continues to have that vibe.”

Literally on the beach, this lovely property has views and sunsets to die for, no matter what the weather. Our dogs left exhausted from the multiple walks along the beach and fun in the sea and my daughter and I left wishing to return. Sykes need to amend the description to state the parking is at one of the associated garages, not in front of the house itself as the picture suggests, apart from that - perfection!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful feedback following your stay at Breaking Waves. We’re delighted to hear how much you enjoyed the property, especially its fantastic beachfront location and those stunning sunsets—it sounds like you made some truly special memories. It’s also lovely to know your dogs had such a great time on the beach, and that you and your daughter left wishing to return. We do apologise for any confusion regarding the parking arrangements, as this appears to have been overlooked. To clarify, I have spoken with Sykes and can confirm there is an allocated parking space in front of the garages, along with free roadside parking nearby. From there, it is just a short walk through the alleyway which brings you directly to our front door. I will also ensure Sykes make the necessary amendments to the listing so this is clearer for future guests. Thank you again for your kind words—we very much hope to welcome you back again in the future! Kind regards, Geoff and Shirley Property Owner
