“A thoroughly enjoyable stay at Sea Point.”

Really outstanding views with lots of activity on the river to see with ever changing tides changing the seascape. The kitchen/lounge/diner was very comfortable and welcoming. Really outstanding views with lots of activity on the river to see with ever changing tides changing the seascape. The kitchen/lounge/diner was very comfortable and welcoming. We were there during a heatwave and managed to keep reasonably comfortable as there are opening roof lights in the front room and bathroom which helps ventilation, along with the sliding glass doors onto the balcony. The bedroom windows have a small opening gap however. It’s worth bearing in mind that the bedrooms back onto the access road to the marina, which includes a pub opposite, so there may be a little noise during weekend evenings. It’s also located on the second floor, so it’s not really suitable for people with mobility issues. A single parking space is available in front of a designated garage in a block on the quay in front of the apartment. It’s not a long walk to the town centre or train station, and you’re right next to the marina where Stuart Line cruises offer daily boat trips along the coast or up river. The instructions for waste disposal and laundry could really do with updating (as they seem to relate to an different property) and you’ll need to look inside the front cover of the guest book to find the WiFi password. The property could really do with a up-to-date welcome file where all the information you might need is in one place, and is up-to-date, like most properties provide. However we really enjoyed being in such a prime location with some of the best views available in Exmouth, and would happily come again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We're absolutely delighted to hear that you had such an enjoyable stay at Sea Point and that the stunning views and riverside activity added to your experience. It's great to know the open roof lights and balcony doors helped keep things comfortable during the heatwave - the small opening gap mentioned is child-proofing to ensure a safe environment for young children. We’re glad you found the space welcoming and relaxing, and we really appreciate your constructive comments regarding the welcome information and instructions; we’ll be updating the welcome folder and guidance to ensure everything is clear and up-to-date for future guests. Thank you also for highlighting the convenient location and nearby attractions - it’s wonderful to hear you made the most of the marina and local amenities. We’re so pleased you’d be happy to return, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime! Property Owner
