“This was our first time using Sykes Cottages for our short break in Teignmouth, it's safe to say we were blown away from start to finish.”

Key collection was quick and seamless, apartment was very easy to find and I love that it's discreetly tucked away out of sight in a lovely alleyway laden with beautiful plants, I didn't think about the positive impact this small trait would have but it certainly did, all for the better. Stepping outside the accommodation leads to a direct pathway to the promenade across the green. I've been visiting Teignmouth so far every year since I was born (this visit is somewhere over my 35th visit) ...

Stepping outside the accommodation leads to a direct pathway to the promenade across the green. I've been visiting Teignmouth so far every year since I was born (this visit is somewhere over my 35th visit) and this may honestly be the best accommodation I've stayed in so far. I had an ankle injury this week unfortunately, so easy access to the town and sea front was essential. Upon arrival the premises was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to settle in for our stay, this included a lovely throw blanket which made for cosy evenings through the week. Regarding the bed and sleep, I assure you I'm not exaggerating when I say this had to have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The pillows are feather I believe and they were so so comfortable, the mattress seems to be memory foam. I'm personally a fan of a soft bed so this worked well for me, but my companion was less of a fan as he prefers a firm bed, something to keep in mind. Truly a flawless experience, we will likely be back (with friends!)
