“A beautiful house in a perfect location.”

It contains everything you need for an amazing stay by the sea. However, its property management company lets it down. 1. We asked for early check in (standard is 5pm). It contains everything you need for an amazing stay by the sea. However, its property management company lets it down. 1. We asked for early check in (standard is 5pm). We asked for this twice, weeks in advance with no response. The day of check in they respond and say we can enter early however at this point, travel plans were already made. 2. We arrived to a note saying check out was 9 am. We knew this in advance however we were not aware that we would need to strip all the beds, bag the towels and linen and hope we the whole property before we exited. With two children this was going to be a big task. So we requested a later check out - again two messages had to be sent before we were responded to the night before we were due to leave. 2. We arrived to the hot tub cold/switched off. We contacted the manager who ran us through some trouble shooting but we had no luck. Maintenance came the following day, turned it on but by the evening it was off again. Day 3 of our stay an engineer comes and confirmed an issue with the fuse and fixed it. So we were only able to use the hot tub for 3 nights if our 5 night stay. We understand that these things happen however it was insinuated that we had turned the hot tub off - why would we do this? The house is beautiful but the owners need the feedback about who’s running their business for them from the customer service side. This is an expensive stay for the service you receive, but the house itself is worth every penny.
