This semi-detached property sits on a corner plot at the very top of Paignton, a short walk from Paignton Town Centre.

Take a stroll around Victoria Park and enjoy a picnic on the lawn, visit the animals at Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, or if you’d prefer to explore the local landscape, join the idyllic costal path, and take in the sandy bays and waterside views.

Take your adventures to Dartmouth with easy travel via the Dartmouth steam train or river boat, throwing yourself back in time at Bayard’s Cove Fort and the impressive 15-th century Dartmouth Castle, boasting fantastic locations overlooking the Dart Estuary.
