    “Nice property in the south hams area, close to Dartmouth and Salcombe.”

    Nearest place for food etc is Kingsbridge. All within about 15min. Would take less but you know how the lanes are in Devon. Owner is very nice and helpful. Property is great, upstairs us particularly good with plenty of space. The bedrooms are quite small but perfectly adequate for our needs along with the shower room. All in all a good property, would definitely stay again.

Ideally situated just over five miles away from Kingsbridge and 11 miles from Dartmouth is the delightful village of Chillington. The village is steeped in rich history dating back to the Saxon era and has an excellent range of amenities for its visitors, including a charming village hall, a playfield ideal for games in the summer months, a modern health centre and a pottery.
