The property

A real favourite with guests, The Coach House sits in the grounds of a larger country house surrounded by farmland and with views from the first floor bedrooms right across to the estuary. The owners have carefully converted this original Edwardian coach house with an open plan living area, complete with a wood burning stove, inviting guests to feel at home as soon as they set foot in the door.

The pitch pine wooden floor boards throughout the ground floor really add to the feeling of space throughout the room.

A real bonus for guests is the fabulous 10m long, indoor swimming pool in the grounds.

Guests are able to enjoy exclusive use of the pool, subject to arrangement with the owners.

LYMPSTONE

Exmouth 3 miles; Exeter 12 miles.

Lympstone is a village and civil parish in East Devon. There is a harbor on the estuary of the River Exe, lying at the outlet of Wotton Brook between cliffs of red breccia. It is locally known for Peter’s Tower, a riverfront brick clock tower built in the 19th century which serves as a memorial by W.H. Peters to his wife. The Exeter to Exmouth cycle route passes through the village and is popular for commuters and brings custom to the shop, café and pubs in the village. Local attractions include Nutwell Park, Exmouth & Orcombe Point Walk and Crealy Adventure Park & Resort. Lympstone is 3 miles north of Exmouth and 3 miles south of Woodbury.
