    “T's like going home from home.”

    .beds are so cumfy, very clean and every thing is there to use, even washing up liquid and laundry facilities. Lovely hot shower, soft fluffy towels, The cottage is a good size and is warm n toasty. (Refuge bin day is Wednesday so we found that was the only loud noise we heard the sound of wheelie bins being pulled past the side of the cottage.) Definately going to go back. The cottage is in close proximeter of Dawlish town centre about a 10 min walk from train station and bus stops and ...

The cottage is in close proximeter of Dawlish town centre about a 10 min walk from train station and bus stops and beaches, lovely walk along Dawlish brook and lawns a well stocked corner shop with friendly staff, Plenty of places to eat or grab a coffee.. If Your lucky You might even get to see the Dolphins come close by (three pods spotted 21/10/25) I would highly recommend 'Kenny Cottage'.

A charming seaside town set on the southern coast. The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a pleasant variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small theatre. Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans that live with other wildfowl on the Dawlish Water that runs through the central town park down to the sea, at night in the summer it is beautifully lit by strings of coloured lights. Dawlish comes with a wonderful, sandy beach with a crazy golf course also nearby, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. Up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield, Dawlish mainline station offers access to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth, trains are plentiful.
