“Cleaners need to do a better job, cobwebs everywhere especially in the bedrooms, sticky surfaces, red stains on floor in bathroom, eyelashes stuck on the wall.”

No blinds or curtains in the lounge area, maintenance needs looking at, a few broken light fittings, outside needs tidying up, gardens overgrown. If offering towels, need more than one per person and offer different sizes example hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet.

Thank you for your feedback. Will address any concerns with the cleaners and have checked their photos which were all good. We have been in directly after you ourselves. Thank you for leaving it tidy. We checked lights as far as we can see there is a broken light cover in hallway but this is not a standard light and the fitting may have to be changed completely but there is ample lighting. Bulb outside has been replaced. We didn’t see cobwebs everywhere. The blinds have been removed off of two windows as they were irreparable after being constantly broken when pulled and would not go back up. Personally we feel they are not really necessary and are causing more maintenance and upkeep. There is no intention to put blinds back because of the private setting and no one able to pass by. Garden was certainly not overgrown. We have an outside gardener who visits frequently to tend to our own personal garden. Everything looked good. We can think about offering more towels but would have to charge for extra laundry as it would be x8 etc. there are hand towels provided in each bathroom as well as a bath towel for each person and floor mats for showers. We are not a hotel but a self catering lodge and only supply what is required. We hope you enjoyed the location, the peace and space the lodge offers. We appreciate your score of 100% for comfort. Thank you for visiting. Property Owner
