“We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, homely, cosy, traditional Cornish cottage with scented roses and lovely tubs of flowers all around the outside of the house.”

Located in a small, peaceful hamlet, down a quiet road, with lovely views across open fields, naturally a car is essential to get about. The local coastline is absolutely stunning and well looked after with life guards on every beach, no litter in sight and the sea is clean and crystal clear! To the front, a slate/granite wall topped with roses encircles a tiny sunny garden (picnic table/benches) with countryside view.

Conservatory (cane furniture, valley view) into homely length-of-cottage living room with beams, large fireplace (woodburner) and TV/DVD.

Small dining room with slate floor (rugs) and chunky pine table/pew/chairs.

Kitchen; utility room/pantry (washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker).

Steep stairs (top stairgate, by arrangement) up to three bedrooms with pine floors (rugs) and valley views - a pretty double, a room with two singles, and a single (no clothes-hanging space).

Some low beams and lintels (5'7").

A quiet, peaceful cottage. Penrose: little, old, thoroughly Cornish hamlet about a mile from the sea (sandy beach) at Porthcothan or very spectacular Bedruthan Steps.

Treyarnon Bay (sandy beach, rock pools) and Trevose Golf Course and Country Club, 2 miles.

Seven beaches within 3 miles.
