The owners live next door, and they strike the perfect balance: friendly, thoughtful, and available if you need anything, yet never intrusive. The beach is just moments away, and it’s only a one‑minute stroll into the charming village of Crantock ...

The Beach House is a superb couple’s getaway, for anyone who enjoys the delights of Cornwall’s coastal location.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a brightly-decorated, open-plan living room, where surrounding windows flood the room with natural light.

The elegant colour palette of the space allows for you and your loved one to relax within the cosy sitting area within complete tranquility.

In here, you will also find a well-appointed kitchen, complete with an electric fire place to fill the room with warmth during the colder evenings.

Follow the carpeted staircase up to a spacious king-size bedroom, complete with a comfortable Hypnos mattress, ensuring your comfort.

Take a relaxing bath with the warming, freestanding bath tub or take a refreshing shower room before heading out for the day within the luxury bathroom.

Enjoy a glass of wine within the elegant patio area, hosing charming table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the surrounding coastal location views.

Within a 5-minute walk, you will find the local shop and pub, making it a superb base for those who enjoy being within reaching distance to holiday amenities.

From here, you will also reach Crantock’s sandy beach, perfect for spending a summer’s day relaxing at the beach or taking the dogs for a delightful coastal stroll.

About the location

CRANTOCK

Newquay 4.5 miles.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, just a short walk from the beach, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
